The imagery does not reflect specific events but rather how one manages traumatic memory over time. Themes of disorientation, anxiety, loss and hope are present as the images represent how one\u2019s changing roles \u2013 like becoming an adult or becoming a father -can bring with it a deeper understanding of traumatic experiences, in some ways making one more vulnerable to that trauma.<\/p>\n<p>The process of reconciliation is central to his current work. How does one reconcile traumatic experiences with what comes later in life?
